As a SAFe Certified Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM), Nathaniel has a proven track record of overseeing the entire software release lifecycle, from planning to deployment, while adhering to Agile methodologies.

Nathaniel's career has been marked by significant achievements and contributions in various roles:

• As a Product Manager at the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), Nathaniel managed a $35M contract, leading the delivery of over 2,000 projects. His expertise in developing and implementing DevOps strategies ensured seamless software deployment and release processes. Nathaniel's ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and deliver detailed reports and presentations to senior leaders showcases his strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• In his role as an IT Specialist (Information Security) at CMS, Nathaniel successfully managed SharePoint administration, led operational challenges and solution development, and ensured compliance and accessibility. His leadership in Command Center operations and collaboration with agencies such as the FBI and OIG highlight his dedication to mission success and innovation.
